DIGI USER CANNOT PLAY STEAM TODAY 14/12/2019

Today gamer that use digi hotsport at Malaysia cannot play their game. it is because steam friend network unreachable.

but they still can watch other social media like youtube, facebook etc.

even by using vpn  it would not connect to steam.

does this mean that now digi banned steam?
